ROLE: Marketing & Sales Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hong Thai Foods Corp. is looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team.

THIS ROLE:

  • Hours: Part Time/Full Time position with flexible schedule arrangement

  • Location: On Site Role - 1181 Grand Street Brooklyn, NY 11211

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Quick Learner, Detail-Oriented, Problem-Solver

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage Industry is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer phone calls and help with inquiries

  • Assist customers with order placements, walk-in orders and pickups

  • Work on various marketing tools (e.g. Catalog, Website, Promotions Flyer, New Arrivals Announcements, Social Media Posts, etc.)

  • Provide support to Marketing & Sales Manager on new projects
